Join Club Volleyball!

Are you a current student and you want to join Cal Club Volleyball? Here are instructions on how:

Below, are the steps to officially join the team!!  

Steps for New Members

1. Submit Medical Clearance!!! 

New Members: complete PPE form. Returning Members: complete HHR Form

Each form contains instructions on how to submit these through etang.

2. Sign Up for IMLeagues.com

Sign up for an account with Imleagues.com by clicking “Log In” in the top right corner, selecting “University of California Berkeley,” and signing in with your Calnet.

3. You are now ready For Tryouts!! Go Bears!!

4. Complete the Docusign Once you have made the Team

Docusign process:

After submitting your forms to etang you will receive an email (could take a few days) with a link where you will be prompted to sign in and use a pin (that they send to your email) to log in to Docusign - this replaces the concussion protocol and forms that we used to do through IMLeagues.

You will then go through the instructions that the Docusign gives you to complete your waivers and concussion safety training. The concussion training on the Docusign isn't working right now so please use: https://uctraining.wufoo.com/forms/z1rgubtq1gya1fm/ (you only need a screen shot of the score to include on the Docusign). 

You will only be added to the roster after you are 100% medically cleared!! This is a new requirement by Berkeley’s club sports program.

5. Once you are on the team Purchase the $50 Sports Membership Pass for Fall 2024

New and Returning Members need to renew their Sports Club membership. Start by going to https://shop.rs.berkeley.edu/ and log in using CalNet.

Follow these steps! You will be added to the roster upon completion of your medical clearance.

If you see “Alert! The system that the University of California Berkeley uses to manage eligibility has currently marked you as ineligible,” in Imleagues.com it is because your forms are not completed. Once all forms are processed, your name will no longer be crossed out with something in parentheses after.

Ignore the ineligibility for Intramural Sports alert.

Steps for Returning Members

1. Sign up for Sports Clubs by buying the $50 Sports Membership Pass for Fall 2024

New and Returning Members need to renew their Sports Club membership. Start by going to https://shop.rs.berkeley.edu/ and log in using CalNet.

After Tryouts!

Dues- $950 for the A team and $750 for the B team

Go to the Rec Sports Store HERE

On the right side of the page make sure under ‘Semesters’ to click Fall 2024

Choose “SC Volleyball Women’s Volleyball A Team Dues” or “SC Volleyball Women’s Volleyball B Team Dues”

Sign in with your Cal Net ID

Click ‘register’ and continue until you’ve paid!
