Player Drivers Agreement

This is a reminder about getting approved drivers for travel. Here are the following steps to become an approved driver:

1. Go to ImLeagues and sign in with Berkeley log in

2. Under your initials in the left top portion of the page, select forms

3. Fill out the "SC Drivers Agreement" even if you did it last year!!

   1. Completed via DocuSign

   2. Attach a photo of your driver’s license if non California license (we cannot accept non-US driver’s licenses)

Please have each driver complete this process before submitting travel applications. 

Athletic Trainer

Please remember that you must be fully medically cleared and on a roster to utilize athletic training services.

Please note: the sports club athletic trainer can only evaluate injuries that occur during a sports club practice or game. If an injury occurs outside of sports clubs, you can let her know, and she can help refer you to someone at University Health Services, or you must resource out.
